Position Summary: Order entry and validation of imaging and referrals Management of incoming referrals from provider’s offices. Proactive patient outreach via phone, text, and other communication channels Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple task throughout the workday leads to success in this role Full Remote working within CST time-zone Compensation rate is $18/hr DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Background in healthcare is preferred Background with eClnicalWorks Practice Management System preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff FOR MORE INFORMATION: Learn more about this opportunity here: Link to Job Description here. COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS: The hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
