Let'stalkabouttheRole The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads a team of analysts and analytics engineers responsible for defining, delivering,andevolvingBrightree'sanalyticsproductportfolio.Thisleaderservesasthebridgebetweencustomers,productmanagers,engineeringteams,dataplatformteams,andbusinessstakeholderstoensureanalyticscapabilitiesaddressreal-worldcustomerneeds. Therolecombinespeopleleadership,productthinking,analyticsexpertise,andmarketunderstandingtodrivethestrategyandexecutionofanalytics-drivenproductsandexperiences. Responsibilities ProductStrategy&Roadmap DefineandexecutethevisionandstrategyforBrightree'sanalyticsproductofferings. PartnerwithProductManagementleadershiptoidentifyopportunitiesfornewanalyticsproducts,dataservices,andinsight-drivencapabilities. Translatecustomerneedsintoscalableanalyticssolutionsandroadmappriorities. Evaluatemarkettrends,customerchallenges,andcompetitiveofferingstoidentifyopportunitiesfordifferentiation. Customer&DomainLeadership Developdeepunderstandingof provider workflows,reimbursementmodels,operationalmetrics,andcustomerbusinesschallenges. Engagedirectlywith product management and customerstounderstandreporting,benchmarking,anddecision-supportneeds. Translatecomplexhealthcareandoperationalrequirementsintoproductrequirementsandanalyticscapabilities. TeamLeadership Leadandgrowahigh-performingteamofanalystsandanalyticsengineers. Establishstandardsforanalyticsproductdesign,metricdefinitions,andinsightgeneration. Coachteammembersinanalyticalthinking,customerengagement,andproductdevelopmentpractices. Cross-FunctionalExecution PartnerwithProductManagersandEngineeringteamstodefinerequirementsanddeliveranalyticscapabilities. Collaboratewithdataengineeringteamstoensurerequireddataassetsandmetricsareavailableandscalable. Driveadoptionandusageofanalyticsproductsthroughcustomerfeedbackandcontinuousimprovement. Qualifications Required Bachelor'sdegreeinaquantitative,business,healthcare,ortechnicaldiscipline. 8+yearsofexperienceinanalytics,businessintelligence,healthcaredata,ordataproducts. 3+yearsofpeopleleadershipexperience. Strongunderstandingofproductdevelopmentlifecycleandagilemethodologies. Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithbothtechnicalandbusinessaudiences. Preferred Experiencedeliveringcustomer-facinganalytics,reportingproducts,insightsproducts,ordata-drivenSaaScapabilities. Healthcaresoftwareorhealthcareanalyticsexperience. Experiencewithbenchmarkingproducts,operationalintelligenceplatforms,ordecision-supportsolutions. Familiaritywithhealthcareclaims,revenuecycle,HME,pharmacy,orpost-acutecaremarkets. Experiencemonetizinganalyticsordataproducts.
